The Taing bookings run from Saturday - Saturday during mid and peak season.
This can be flexible during low season so please contact us if you wish to arrive on another day or book a shorter stay.
High Season: June, July, August, Christmas, New Year, Up Helly Aa & Wool Week.
Mid Season: April, May, September, October.
Low Season: November-March excluding festivals.
The rates below are for up to 4 people. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed for an additional cost of £30 per week.
We reserve the right to vary the prices. We accept up to 2 dog by prior arrangement, additional cost £20/per dog.

The above prices include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. There will be a welcome basket waiting for you on your arrival.
Deposit & payment
We ask for a deposit of £120 which is non-refundable on cancellation by the hirer unless we are able to fill the booking.
The deposit will be returned after your departure. Payment of the full amount will due 6 weeks before your stay preferably by bank transfer.
Loss, damage & care of the property
The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the property (reasonable wear and tear excluded), for taking good care of the property and leaving it in a clean and tidy condition. Should it be found that an excessive amount of cleaning is required a charge will be made.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. We would ask that that you keep your dog out of the bedrooms, off the furniture and under control at all times. It is worth noting that the property does not have secure fencing and as a crofting area most of the surrounding land is grazed by sheep so there is little opportunity for dogs to run free. We do have a gated area where dogs can run free safely.
Children
It is a wonderful area to bring children, with the beach right on the doorstep. There are games and drawing materials in the house for the rainy days, as well as a TV and DVD player for entertainment. If you require a high chair or travel cot please let us know at point of booking. It is worth noting that the house is above the beach with large rock armour stones dropping down to the beach so please be mindful when children are playing out in the front of the house. There is a gated back garden overlooking the fields which is secure and suitable for ball games.
Accessibility
The house is laid out over two floors, however there is a bedroom, bathroom and living area on the ground floor so may be suitable for someone with limited mobility. There is a gravel drive so this may not be suitable for wheel chairs. Please contact us for more information.
